TMi Service Emergency Information
After hour Service process:
When a customer calls in for service after hours, they have two options.
These options are presented to them when they call in (636) 532-1110 and select #2 for service.
They can leave a message (Renee’s mailbox) or they are can dial #100 (emergency mailbox).
Messages left in the emergency mailbox will be instantly forwarded via email with the voice message attached to who ever is setup to be on call (usually Keith Stumpf and Jason Vance).
To change the recipient of the emergency email:
This should only be done with Keith Stumpf, Jane or Renee’s knowledge.
Login into fax system (by STL office front door) and modify the “Emergency Mailbox” rule in Outlook.
